ESG
Consideration for environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors is an intrinsic part of our corporate culture. In our own business operations and investment processes, we take care to avoid any negative impact on society or the environment..
Environmental
We are committed to reducing the amount of energy we use and emissions we generate. We encourage and support not only our employees, but also our tenants and service providers to conserve resources, reduce consumption, and minimize operating costs. When repositioning properties, we actively take social and environmental factors into account.
Social
We provide a healthy work environment for our employees and tenants. We offer employees trust-based working hours and the best possible career development opportunities. We take labor laws seriously, respect human rights, and build sustainable communities. Our corporate culture is based on the strong foundation of our values, summarized by the acronym ROOTS (Respect, Ownership, Output, Team spirit, Stability).
Governance
We provide training and continuously improve our employees’ knowledge of our Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. We also communicate the importance of ESG principles to our property managers, facility managers, brokers and joint venture partners, live by fair practice, and stand firmly against corruption.
