For Individuals
Name
Surname
Phone Number
E-mail
Vat Number
Copy of your ID
A solemn declaration via Gov.gr in which you declare that:
a) On my own responsibility and knowing the sanctions provided for by the provisions of par. 6 of article 22 of Law 1599/1986, I declare that the above information and the supporting documents I submit are true and accurate and I will be committed to informing you in case of any change
b) I have been informed and I give my consent for the keeping and processing of personal data for the purposes of the above processing.
For Legal Entities
1.Société Anonyme (S.A.) / Limited Liability Company (Ltd.) / Private Company (P.C.) / General Partnership ana Limited Partnership

- General Certificate of Registration with a date of issue within 30 days.
- Detailed Certificate of Representation of Business Registry with a date of issue within 30 days.
- Confirmation of the VAT number of the company and legal representatives from the Registry Data in the personalized information of the Tax Authorities.
- Copies of ID or legal residence permit of legal representatives.
2.Individual Business

- Data from the personalized information of the Tax Authorities with current date.
In case the shareholders of the company are not individuals, the company’s legal representative is required to submit a Solemn Declaration for the Beneficial Owner and certified documents certifying the data of the beneficial owner.
